"Twilight" is a term for people born with a dependence on the drug "celebrer." As Celebrer was developed as a drug to create super soldiers, Twilights have heightened strength, agility, and endurance compared to "normals." However, many have some sort of medical complication, called their "compensation," and all have much lower life expectancies, to the point that most are lucky to reach their 30s. Nicolas' deafness is considered his compensation.
In Ergastulum, the city used as a quarantine zone for all Twilights, they are ranked by their strength. A twilight may increase their rank by defeating one of a stronger rank. They are ordered in ascending alphabetical order and descending numerical order. (D/5 is the lowest, and generally A/0 is the highest.) All twilights are required to wear dog tags with their rank.

hugging/flirting/kissing: ALL OF THIS LIKE I can only forsee it coming up in rare specific situations but like really if you want to TRY FOR SOME UNGODLY REASON, go for it, just don't expect positive results because even with people he likes he's pretty cagey about feelings. Nic's expressions of physical affection tend more towards the violent side. (face pulling, noogies, arm punches, etc.)
sex: Given how unlikely I feel it is for this coming up, case by case basis!!
relationships: Platonic yes definitely Nic needs more friends. Other than that, see above.
fighting: YES COME AT ME this is like what he lives for, but OOC planning is always helpful. Also keep in mind Nic has super-human strength.
injury: This is his natural state, please yes.
death: PROBABLY NOT.
